Responsibilities

◆ Comprehensive legal support for operational processes in online casinos (WL and TK models);

◆ Obtaining local and offshore licenses and permits for operations (Curacao, Malta, Anjouan, and other jurisdictions);

◆ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the gambling industry, including requirements of regulators, AML, GDPR, Compliance, advertising laws, etc.;

◆ Tax optimization and payment in the gambling industry;

◆ Preparing and supporting agreements with marketing partners (affiliates), game providers, gaming platforms, payment systems, etc., for White Label and Turn Key schemes;

◆ Handling claims and resolving disputes with partners;

◆ Drafting and updating policies and rules published on online casino and affiliate platform websites;

◆ Solving other legal and financial issues related to the gaming industry.

Requirements

◆ Proficiency in English at a negotiation level (C1);

◆ Higher legal education;

◆ At least 1 year of experience in the gambling industry;

◆ Knowledge of the legislation in Curacao, Anjouan, the EU, and other jurisdictions related to gambling (intellectual property, taxation, financial, civil, and administrative law);

◆ Experience working with non-residents, including company registration abroad, supporting regular company reporting, opening bank accounts, connecting to payment systems, obtaining permits, etc.;

◆ Experience negotiating with clients and counterparties, supporting the conclusion of contracts;

◆ Analytical mindset, results orientation, and stress resilience;

◆ Literacy, punctuality, autonomy, and a developed skill for effective risk assessment and management.

What you will be doing:

🔸 Finding and attracting new partners with various traffic sources;

🔸 Regular analysis of effectiveness and profitability for personal partners;

🔸 Analyzing and tracking fraud and motivated traffic;

🔸 Solving complex and negative situations with partners, maintaining productive relationships;

🔸 Partner accounting (reconciliations and payment control) and ensuring compliance with agreements;

🔸 Regular reporting on the performance of personal partners.

This will be an ideal match if you:

🔹 Have an English proficiency level of B2 or higher, knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus;

🔹 Have worked as an Affiliate Manager in the online casino industry for at least 1 year;

🔹 Have experience working with Tier 1 countries and managing personal partners;

🔹 Can work effectively in a team, focus on results, approach tasks systematically, and are comfortable with numbers;

🔹 Have experience in mentoring, coaching, and working independently at conferences.

What you’ll be doing:

▪️Layout emails;
▪️Segment users and set up campaigns together with a senior manager;
▪️Collect and analyze data on chains, mailings, and campaigns.

Our expectations from candidates:

▪️Experience with mailing systems;
▪️Knowledge of HTML and CSS;
▪️Familiarity with communication channels and an understanding of how they work;
▪️Upper Intermediate (B2+) English is very important to us; knowledge of other foreign languages ​​(German, French) is a plus;
▪️Experience in the iGaming industry is a big plus.

Retention & CRM Ownership

  • Developing retention strategy and CRM approaches across multiple iGaming products
  • Managing player retention across the entire lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation
  • Building and optimizing CJM, CRM flows, segmentation, and personalization
  • Managing retention communications across key channels: email, push, SMS, messengers
  • Analyzing the performance of CRM and retention initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, running A/B tests, and scaling successful mechanics
  • Implementing a sales mindset in CRM: working with offers, conversions, repeat deposits, reactivation, upsell/cross-sell mechanics
  • Setting tasks, coordinating, and developing a small CRM/Retention team (planning, prioritization, quality control)
  • Acting as an expert and coordination lead in the development of the retention function and influencing product decisions
  • High level of ownership, freedom to act, and the ability to directly influence the product (offers, mechanics, personalization, CRM logic)

📌 What We’re Looking For

  • Mandatory experience in an iGaming product within CRM / Retention
  • Strong understanding of retention marketing and the player lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io, Twilio, and other CRM tools
  • Ability to work with metrics and hypotheses: launch → measure → analyze → improve
  • Fluency in Russian and English (working proficiency)
  • Willingness to take ownership and a lead role for the function and its results

  • Experience working with Tier-1 markets

  • Experience with Smartico
  • Background in B2C Sales (or a strong sales-driven mindset in marketing/CRM: offers, funnels, conversions)
