Where it all started?
Switzerland has always been one of our key GEOs. We felt confident in the market: we used to be in the top 3 for SoftSwiss, and now we are consistently in the top 30 for Blask. But the situation has changed. In 2025, we noticed that the usual strategies stopped giving growth, and there was no slot traffic in the required volumes in the Swiss geo.
We needed a new approach. The idea came quickly: to test something non-standard — crash games. The choice fell on Chicken Road from InOut Games.
Hypothesis
If we move away from classic slots and test a crash game, then:
- we will reduce the cost of traffic,
- increase the conversion to deposit,
- maintain an acceptable LTV due to volume. There were hopes to catch more VIP players with the larger volume.
How we prepared for the test:

What happened?
The test lasted only a couple of weeks, but the numbers showed everything:
- CR increased by 7.3% compared to the usual approach.
- ARPU dropped by 34%, which was expected.
- Traffic cost decreased by 57%.
Conclusion: with such a drop in ARPU, the economics still came together — thanks to low CAC and scalability.
Why did it work?
Chicken Road turned out to be perfect for this GEO:
- Easy mechanics — you can play right away, without training.
- Micro-successes every few seconds — keeping you on the level.
- Perfect for mobile traffic.
How did they scale it?
- We started with minimal budgets → gradually increased purchases.
- We connected retention tools: welcome bonuses, push notifications, quick access to the game.
What is important to understand?
Yes, LTV is lower than slots. But due to the low price of traffic and stable CR, the model came out on top.
The principle at work here is: mass entry + retention → profit.
What did this case teach us?
- Don’t be afraid to change your approach — even if it’s an unfamiliar format.
- Trust analytics — the numbers showed potential, and we quickly adjusted.
- Test a lot and quickly — speed gives an advantage.
