Introduction
At the end of June, BROFIST joined the wave of energy at G GATE Tbilisi, 5,000+ attendees from 24 countries, 250+ companies, 28 speakers delivering hands-on cases, and over 70,000 photos capturing moments that remind us why we love this industry to connect, share, and build the future together and proved that our community is growing stronger than ever.
From our team, Gurgen (Head of Marketing), Taras (CFO), Olga (Recruiter), and Anastasia (Affiliate Manager) were on the ground, networking, learning, and celebrating each new partnership and conversation.

A special highlight before of the conference was the G GATE Awards ceremony, which brought together key representatives from across the industry for an evening of recognition, celebration, and inspiration. BROFIST was honored to be among the nominees this year, represented at the ceremony by Taras and Gurgen. While we didn’t take home the trophy this time, we see it as a milestone on our journey, knowing that with our drive and your support, there are many wins ahead for BROFIST.

BROFIST Team Tips for Conferences:
As a team, we believe that conferences are not just about exchanging business cards but about building real, long-term connections. Here are a few tips from us:
- Don’t rush through the hall: take the time to really talk to people, find out about their traffic type, what countries they work with, and whether they have a team. This will help you remember your potential partner better and make it easier to reconnect with them after the conference.
- Follow up quickly: after the conference, don’t let contacts sit cold. A short, warm message reminding them of your conversation keeps the connection alive. Lifehack: To be remembered after the conference, take a joint selfie and send it to your interlocutor immediately. This way you will get to know each other faster.
- Quality over quantity: it is better to have 10 meaningful conversations than to collect 100 contacts that you will never write to.
- Ask, don’t sell: People remember those who are genuinely curious about their business, not those who only push their pitch.
These small steps have helped us turn casual conversations into real partnerships, and we’re excited to keep building these connections with you.
G GATE Tbilisi: A Brofist Rewind
BROFIST was also to sponsor the photo reports for “Gamardzhoba, Genatsvale!” by PressAff and the closed event by Combo Cards, preserving the smiles, stories, and atmosphere that made these gatherings so special.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared your insights, and built the future of the industry together with us in Tbilisi. We can’t wait to see you at the next event. Until then, keep the energy high, the conversations open, and let’s continue growing this incredible community.
